Your 60-day refund window
Send your refund request within 60 days of paying for your Get IPTV Service subscription. You do not need to provide a reason or complete a separate form.
How to ask for a refund
Open our WhatsApp chat and say that you want a refund. Include your subscription username or order reference so we can locate the purchase.
Request a refundPayment or activation issues
The existing package policy also provides a refund for these cases:
- An order is not activated within the delivery time confirmed at purchase.
- A duplicate payment is taken for one order.
- Payment confirmation remains unresolved for more than seven days.
- An incomplete payment remains unsettled after seven days.
When a refund does not apply
- The request is made more than 60 days after payment, except where applicable consumer rights provide otherwise.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment route where supported. Processing is usually initiated the same day; the bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears, commonly two to five working days.
For a prepaid payment that cannot receive a return payment, contact us to agree the supported alternative under the package policy, such as PayPal or Skrill.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is additional to applicable consumer rights. It does not exclude any right that local law gives you.
