Find your next programme in the guide.

Let the player finish loading the channel list, then open its guide or EPG view. Choose a familiar channel and compare the current listing with the programme playing. The available listings depend on the channel and player.

Use your device's correct local date and time. Add your regular channels to favourites so they are easier to find. If a listing needs attention, send support the player name, channel, displayed time and your location.

Programme listings, catch-up and recording are different features. Ask about the exact channel and player when you need replay or recording. A guide entry on its own does not confirm that a programme can be replayed.

Include your device model and player version in your WhatsApp message. A screenshot of the guide can help explain the question; keep subscription passwords and private account details hidden.
