Check MYTVOnline and the account type

  1. 1.Note the Formuler model and MYTVOnline version.
  2. 2.Identify whether your order uses a MAC-registered portal, an account with server URL and credentials, or an M3U playlist.
  3. 3.Use the connection or content-source menu shown in your version of MYTVOnline.

Add the matching connection

  1. 1.For a registered portal, use the supplied portal URL and confirm the device ID with support.
  2. 2.For a credential-based connection, enter the URL, username and password in the corresponding fields.
  3. 3.For an M3U source, add the complete playlist link. Follow Formuler’s version-specific instructions for additional guide fields.

Check your first channels

  1. 1.Wait for the connection to load, then open live television and the programme guide.
  2. 2.Confirm favourites and the local time displayed for a current programme.
  3. 3.Send your MYTVOnline version and the selected connection type when requesting help.
