Identify the box
- 1.Connect the box to your television and internet connection.
- 2.Find the MAG model and the device identifier shown by its settings or label.
- 3.Send the requested identifier to our WhatsApp support so the subscription can be matched to the correct device.

Enter the agreed portal
- 1.Open the box’s portal settings using the menu available on that model.
- 2.Enter the portal URL supplied for your subscription, keeping the full address exactly as provided.
- 3.Save the configuration and use the box’s normal portal-loading option. Do not reset the entire box just to enter a new address.

Confirm the loaded account
- 1.Open the channel list and programme guide after the portal loads.
- 2.Check a requested channel and your normal remote controls.
- 3.If you need help, provide the model, firmware version and the message shown. Portal menus can differ on provider-customised firmware.
