Find an available player
- 1.On Samsung, open the television’s Apps area, search for the agreed player and select its install option. A Samsung account may be needed.
- 2.On LG, use Apps or LG Content Store, search for the player and install the version available for your model and region.
- 3.Open the player and note whether it asks for a playlist, account credentials or a device identifier.

Connect the subscription
- 1.If the player displays a device ID and activation key, share those details with our support team through the order conversation.
- 2.If it supports direct account entry, use the server address and credentials provided for your subscription.
- 3.An app activation and an IPTV subscription are separate. The annual package includes the stated IBO Player Pro bonus.

Check the television controls
- 1.Open your viewing shortlist and check remote navigation, favourites and the programme guide.
- 2.Confirm any subtitle or parental-control settings you need in the chosen player.
- 3.Include the TV model, player name and a photo of the relevant screen when requesting setup help; hide private login details.
